The Nebraska Academic Decathlon promotes academic growth, teamwork and communication skills among students of all achievement levels through statewide academic competitions.
More than 30 schools from across the state of Nebraska participate in the regional and state competitions.
Three Nebraska teams — Mount Michael and Creighton Prep — competed at Nationals held April 23-25, 2026 in Garden Grove, California. Pius X competed online.
Mount Michael placed 8th overall in Division I and 11th in Super Quiz for Division I.
Creighton Prep placed 9th overall in Division III.
Pius placed 5th overall in Online Division – Large Schools.
